1. Acceptance of these Terms
This website is maintained by Malharia Adriana Ltda, a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ 53.989.982/0001-52, headquartered at R. Desembargador Carlos Pinheiro Guimarães, 870, Sítio Cercado, Curitiba/PR, CEP 81.920-480. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
2. Purpose of the website
This website is an institutional presence for the atelier. It exists to describe our services, present our team's work, and allow visitors to contact us to schedule fittings, request alterations, or inquire about ready-to-wear items available at the atelier. All commercial relationships are handled directly by us — we do not operate as a marketplace, affiliate network, or intermediary for third-party businesses.
3. Permitted use
You are welcome to browse the site, read our content, and use the contact channels for their intended purpose. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful activity or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, related systems, or networks.
- Interfere with any security-related feature of the website.
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute the content in a commercial context without our written permission.
4. Intellectual property
All text, images, graphics, and layouts on this website are the property of Malharia Adriana Ltda or are used with permission from their respective owners. The name "Malharia Adriana" and any associated logos are our commercial identifiers. No content on this website may be copied or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for the ordinary personal browsing of the pages.
5. Content accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep information on the website accurate and up to date. Even so, small inaccuracies can occur — for example, in prices, availability of specific fabrics, or scheduling windows — and the definitive information for any order will always be the one confirmed directly with our team at the time of the appointment.
6. Booking, service and payment
Fittings and appointments are scheduled through our contact channels and are confirmed by our team. For made-to-measure and alteration work, prices are quoted after we see the piece or take measurements; production timelines depend on the type of garment, the fabric availability, and the number of fittings agreed. Payments are made directly to Malharia Adriana Ltda through the payment methods we accept at the atelier. We do not process payments on behalf of any third party.
7. Cancellations and rework
Because made-to-measure work is prepared specifically for each client, cancellation policies vary by stage of production and are communicated in writing at the time of order confirmation. For alterations and repairs, small adjustments after delivery are handled at no additional cost when the issue results from our work. For consumer relations, the applicable rules of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) are respected.
8. Third-party links
Where the website links to external resources, those resources are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Malharia Adriana Ltda shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable Brazilian law.
10. Privacy
Personal data collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any material change will be reflected by an updated revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the website shall be resolved before the courts of the district of Curitiba, State of Paraná, without prejudice to consumer protection rules that establish otherwise for the benefit of the consumer.
